The Silver Age of Marvel - Avengers Assemble!
In case you were wondering, I have still been drawing in the midst of all this writing.
Over the course of October and during my winter holiday break, I spent my time drawing classic Silver Age Marvel characters to benefit the Idaho Crisis and Suicide Hotline. I've been thinking more about this era as I've been reading through my giant Taschen hardcovers and appreciating the raw energy that Jack Kirby, Steve Ditko, Don Heck, and others committed to the Bristol board.
